From time to time the system asked for a manual approval to maintain online security.

Please send me a quick message and this will be resolved as soon as possible.

If I attend the first session and it’s not for me; can I drop out, and can I get a refund?

If you attend the initial session and the course is not for you, it’s absolutely fine to drop out.

You would be paying for the full course and no refund will be possible.

However, I hope you enjoy the energy, the social community and the content of the course and attend for the duration.

If I cannot attend a particular session will I get a refund or part refund?

I understand life happen and if you miss a session, some things can’t be helped.

You’ll be paying for the full course and no refund is available.

Please do let me know if you cannot make a session to avoid any delays in waiting for you to join.

If the course does not go ahead as planned or cancelled at any point; will I get a refund?

I like to provide services and courses which are a high standard and do not envisage any cancellation.

However, iin the event of cancellation, I will of course refund or part refund as appropriate.

I want to book a course; can I book and have a chaperon?

No, the course is for one person per booking and only one person should be present on screen.

If multiple people appear on screen, I reserve the right to remove the booking from the session/s.

No refund will be given.

If I cannot attend a session can someone else take my place?

No, the session/s are reserved for the booking person only and are non transferable.

If any other person/s are present on screen other than the booking person, I reserve the right to remove the presenting person from the session/s.

No refund will be given.
