No, once you have confirmed your booking these are generally not refundable. 

If the event or reading is cancelled then an online reading will be offered. In the event that a refund is agreed, any refund provided will be lessor the Booking Fee which is taken at source by the transaction provider. Booking Fees are typically charged at 2.5% + 25p - This may vary dependant on bank / credit provider and location of issue. 

If you cannot make the booked appointment we understand that events may happen. In this instance, please do let us know so that we can release the reading time booked at the event location to someone else on the day. We will of course agree an online time / date which is agreeable. 

there are only a limited number of slots on the day and these go quickly prior to the event. to avoid disappointment we recommend booking early so that you can plan other scheduled event around your preferred reading time.
