Apologies in advance for any inconvenience for any delay in your 121 reading booking , we want to ensure everyone is kept safe online. 

Of course, please park by the hedge to the entrance of the drive where a space is available.

Please park with courtesy to avoid causing any obstruction.

The space is equipt for 1 Person booking the appointment to relax and receive a reading.

If a chaperon is needed, a second person can sit in but this would be on a beanbag style seat. 

Appointment dates are set around other life commitments and I endeavour to plan ahead to avoid rescheduling. However, from time to time the rescheduling of an appointment may be required. If this is required you will be contacted in advance of the scheduled date and a revised appointment date will be scheduled with mutual agreement. 

Absolutely! However you will need to,

- Email me to confirm that any confirmed booking is to be held online. You must email and have access to / use the email address you booked your appointment with for the online reading.

- Have access to Teams. 

- Have a good internet connection. 

Please note, any appointment time will be held at the UK time. You should plan to ensure you are available for your appointment to UK GMT. 

Yes, you must be over 18.

I reserve the right to ask for proof of age as required.

if ID cannot be provided the reading will not go ahead, and the booking will not be refunded. 

Please book a reading date / time from the availability shown. 

Once you have booked and confirmed your appointment, please drop me an email to confirm your online preference.

You must,

-  have access to Teams;

- have already booked your 121 reading;

- email from the email you used to book your reading providing your booking reference.

You can purchase e-Gift Cards to the value of a specified 121 reading. The value required is subject to the reading type / location.

Or you can purchase an e-Gift Card to a custom a value towards to the full price of a reading.

Please note, if a custom value is gifted, or an e-Gift Card is gifted lesser the value of the recipients desired reading value, the recipient will be liable for any outstanding payment due at checkout.

If the value of the card does not match your required reading price this may be due to the gifted not purchasing you e-Gift Card to your desired reading value.

You should, 

- check with the purchaser to confirm the value of the card.

- make payment of any outstanding balance at checkout.

e-Gift Cards, do not have an expiry date but we advise using them within a reasonable timescale from the purchase date.
